These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TripSums ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account and using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
TripSums is an AI-powered travel planning and information tool. It generates trip ideas, itinerary suggestions, estimated costs and travel information, and links you to independent third-party websites where you may search and book travel. TripSums is not a travel agent, tour operator, booking platform, or financial, legal or medical adviser. We do not sell flights, hotels, insurance or any travel product, and we are not party to any transaction you make with a third party.
An account is required to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. By creating an account you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer in full.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. License key purchases are non-refundable once activated.
All trip ideas, recommendations, itineraries, cost estimates and travel information are generated wholly or partly by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is", for general informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are not professional advice of any kind (including financial, legal, medical, immigration or safety advice).
Any prices, fares and "budgets" shown are estimates and indications only — they are not quotes, are not guaranteed, and change constantly. Actual prices, availability, fees, visa/entry rules, health requirements and travel restrictions must be confirmed by you directly with the relevant airline, hotel, provider, insurer or official government source before you book or travel. You rely on any information from the Service entirely at your own risk.
When you click through to book, you leave TripSums and deal directly with an independent third party (e.g. airlines, hotels, Skyscanner, Booking.com, Aviasales/Travelpayouts partners, insurers, eSIM and transfer providers). We do not control, endorse or guarantee those sites, their prices, their products or their conduct. Any booking, payment, contract, cancellation, refund or dispute is solely between you and that third party. We accept no liability whatsoever for any third-party product, service, transaction, loss or damage.
Some links in the Service are affiliate links. If you book after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not determine the recommendations the AI makes.
The Service, its design, code and branding are the property of TripSums. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access, and the Service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripSums and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost savings, missed flights or bookings, additional travel costs, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information, estimated prices, or third-party websites — arising from or connected with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripSums and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any third-party provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
